29″ Pizza Challenge at Schiappas Pizza
Pizza, pizza, pizza, you can never get enough pizza… well, a 29″ pizza may be enough. If you’re looking for a challenge of the pizza variety and you live in Illinois, this one’s for you. You and a friend could have dough, cheese and sauce coming out of your ears by the time you’re done with this one.

Challenge: 29″ Pizza challenge consists of a 29″ pizza with 4 toppings of your choice
People: 2
Time Limit: 30 minutes
Prize: Pizza is free, along with a photo on the wall of fame, gift certificates and entry into an Eat Off competition with the chance to win a trip to Cancun.
Rules: Must be 21 years old, challenge must be done between 11am and 10pm any day of the week, if completed you cannot attempt again, must sign a waiver, nobody else can touch the pizza and no puking.

After a long holiday break we are finally back to work bringing you the food challenges you love and what better way to celebrate our return than with a monster of a challenge, the Pointersaurus! This beast is similar to some of the other pizza challenges around the country, but it’s got a bad ass name which makes it infinitely better.

Challenge: Pointersaurus is a 28″ pizza weighing in at approximately 10 pounds. The pizza comes with your choice of either 2 meat toppings or 4 vegetable toppings.
Time Limit: 1 hour
People: 2
Prize: If completed the pizza is free ($50) and you also receive a check for $500.
Rules: During the challenge you get free soda and water, you cannot puke, and you must call a day ahead of time to make a reservation and the contest only takes place at 3PM.

Talk about a monster pizza, the stuffed pizza challenge featured on Man v. Food last night was incredible. Being from Chicago I’m used to our stuffed crust pizza, but Randy’s Wooster St. Pizza Shop brings a whole new meaning to the word stuffed. This pizza actually consists of all of the ingredients encased in a doughy crust almost like a pizza calzone. This challenge is not for the faint of stomach, even with a team of 2 people Adam had a hard time finishing his half, but with the help of his partner they were able to complete the challenge with 1 second to spare.

Challenge: The Challenger stuffed pizza consists of a 22″ pizza stuffed with everything from broccoli to pepperoni and weighs in at about 10 pounds.
Time Limit: 1 Hour
People: 2
Prize: If completed the pizza is free ($35.25 value), you also get a $50 gift card, challenger hat and your name on the Wall/Table of Fame.
Rules: Besides the time limit I don’t recall anything else being mentioned, but make sure to check with your server before attempting.
