I love me some pulled pork, but when you add an extremely spicy sauce like the Voodoo Juice, I’m not sure that I could handle it. Spices and me don’t go too well together, not nearly as well as pork and I do, but as delicious as this challenge sounds I don’t think I’d be able to touch it. But just because I can’t handle the heat doesn’t mean that you guys can’t! Man v. Food Nation traveled down the Pacific Coast Highway in California last night and to top it all off was a BBQ challenge fit for a king. The Brahma Bull Challenge at Rib Line is an enormous BBQ sandwich that is sure to make you never want to eat BBQ again… wait, what are we saying, there’s nothing that could make me not want to eat BBQ again. Bring on the challenge!

If you’re a fan of BBQ and live in the Chicagoland area then you’re not going to want to miss this challenge. Uncle Bub’s BBQ has recently launched what might be the most delicious food challenge in the history of food challenges, the Uncle Bub’s Belly Bubster Monster Sandwich. This monstrosity consists of 7 layers of slow cooked BBQ meats which are all made in-house! My mouth is watering just thinking about this thing… So if you’re looking for good BBQ and you feel like you can shove 2 pounds worth of meat into your face, then head on down to Uncle Bub’s BBQ and give this challenge a shot! Since it’s creation in late 2010 only 1 person has been able to take down the beast. Will you be next?

Challenge: The Uncle Bub’s Belly Bubster Monster Sandwich challenge consists of 7 layers (~2 pounds) of slow cooked BBQ meats: Pulled Pork, Sliced Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, House-made Hot Link Smoked Sausage, Applewood Smoked Ham, Smoked Bologna and Bacon… topped with Uncle Bub’s Original BBQ Sauce and cheese on a 12 inch bun.  The sandwich is topped with a mound of fresh handcut fries and two of our signature fried mac-and-cheese balls.

It’s a new year so I figured it was a good time to catch up on any old posts that I may have missed from past Man v. Food episodes and I honestly can’t believe I forgot to post about The Dagwood Challenge! Named after Dagwood from the Blondie comic strip, this massive sandwich is one of the biggest cold cut sandwiches I’ve ever seen in my life. I have no doubt in my mind that there is no way all this food could fit in my tiny little stomach, but for those of you that think you can handle the challenge, check out The Dagwood next time you’re in Ohio and let us know how you fare!

Named after the Missouri Valley Conference Most Valuable Player of 2008, the Adam Emmenecker Challenge is insane. If you like BBQ and you like a shit ton of food packed into sandwich form then this is the challenge for you. Adam Richman from Man v. Food couldn’t even tackle this beast and when it comes to sandwiches he’s usually right on the money.

If you’re looking for an overstuffed sandwich and live in the Kansas City area then you’re going to want to head down to Papa Bob’s Bar-B-Que and check out The Ultimate Destroyer. This thing is loaded with tons of different types of bar-b-qued meats and sausage and weighs almost 6.5 lbs! This thing is so big it requires you to sign a waiver before you even look at it. So what are you waiting for? If you think you have what it takes to destroy the Destroyer, head on down to Kansas City and give it a try!
