Here is the challenge that was featured on last nights episode of Man v. Food, The Kitchen Sink! Adam demolished this huge tub of ice cream to become the 5th person to ever do so alone. Normally made for up to 6 people, the kitchen sink is about 2 gallons worth of ice cream plus toppings. This is definitely not for the lactose intolerant (or the faint of heart).

Rules: Must finish all 12 wings in under 10 minutes without a drink and without using napkins. After the wings are finished you must endure 5 minutes of afterburn, meaning just sitting there with no napkins or drink for 5 more minutes while the sauce burns your face and fingers.

This bowl of Pho is bigger than any bowl I’ve seen in my entire life. A small child could probably live in here until it was 5 years old.
