What weighs 6 lbs. and is 10″… around? If you said The Beast burger challenge at Senser’s Sports Theater in Minnesota then you are right! If you were thinking something else… well, just keep it to yourself. We’ve featured a lot of burger challenges on this site, but I don’t think you can ever have enough! This burger is truly a beast and I applaud anyone who can accomplish a feat that only 1 man (at the time of this posting) has been able to accomplish, and it seems only fitting that he is in the United States Army. So prove your worth and head on over to Joe Senser’s Restaurant and Sports Theater to slay “The Beast”.

Challenge: “The Beast” burger challenge consists of 6lbs of food and is made up of the following: 2.5lb patty on a 10 inch bun with 8 slices of American cheese, 8 slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. Served with 1.5lbs of natural cut fries.
Time Limit: 30 Minutes
People: 1
Prize: If completed your meal is free ($44.95 value), plus get your picture on the website

It’s been awhile since we’ve posted a pizza challenge so now seemed like a good time. Thanks to Eric for the submission we are now aware of a giant 22″ thick-crust, 13 lb pizza challenge known only as “The Big Kahuna”. Unlike most of the food challenges you’ll find on this site, this one can be attempted by a team of 2 people. And you’re going to need 2 people if you want to finish this monster in the alloted time, 22″ may not seem like a lot, but once you pile on the toppings it really adds up. Challenge: The Big Kahuna challenge consists of a 22″ Thick-Crust pizza topped with the following: Pete’s italian sausage, canadian bacon, breakfast bacon, black olive, pineapple, peppercinis, garlic sausage, chicken, italian beef, tomato, green olive, garlic, pepperoni, yellow onion, mushrooms, parmesan, mozzarella. Finished product weighs in at ~13 lbs.
Time Limit: 45 Minutes
People: 2
Prize: If completed the pizza is free ($35.99 value), each person receives a $25 gift card to Paradise Pete’s, a T-shirt and your name and date hung on a plaque on the wall of fame.
Rules: Sit down only, no take out, no exceptions. Must call ahead. Make sure to ask your server for official rules before attempting.

Yup, another burger challenge today, this time coming from the great state of Minnesota. Mattie’s Lanes, Sports Bar and Grille in South St Paul is home to the Super Burger Challenge, 3 pounds of beef with “the works” that must be demolished in less than 45 minutes. You can never have too many burger challenges, but the default burger picture is getting boring so if you take the time to attempt this challenge please take a picture and send it in!!
