I Bet You Won't

After a long holiday break we are finally back to work bringing you the food challenges you love and what better way to celebrate our return than with a monster of a challenge, the Pointersaurus! This beast is similar to some of the other pizza challenges around the country, but it’s got a bad ass name which makes it infinitely better.

Challenge: Pointersaurus is a 28″ pizza weighing in at approximately 10 pounds. The pizza comes with your choice of either 2 meat toppings or 4 vegetable toppings.
Time Limit: 1 hour
People: 2
Prize: If completed the pizza is free ($50) and you also receive a check for $500.
Rules: During the challenge you get free soda and water, you cannot puke, and you must call a day ahead of time to make a reservation and the contest only takes place at 3PM.

Now we’re not sure if this is really the “worlds biggest omelette” but it’s definitely big. According to the submitter, Drew, it’s possible that nobody has every completed this challenge, so will you be the first? The omelet consists of 15 eggs loaded with veggies, ham, sausage, bacon and cheese plus 2 orders of hash browns and 4 pieces of buttered toast. And if that doesn’t sound like a lot of food in general, try piling all of this into your stomach in less than 30 minutes.

Challenge: Worlds Biggest Omelet Challenge consisting of 15 eggs loaded with veggies, ham, sausage, bacon and cheese, plus 2 orders of hash browns and 4 pieces of buttered toast.

Prize: Meal is free if completed
Rules: Submitter didn’t mention any rules and there is no website so make sure you ask your server for official rules before attempting the challenge.

In season 1 of Man v. Food the  Malt Milkshake Challenge at Crown Candy Kitchen did not go over well with Adam. 5- 24 oz milkshakes in 30 minutes is quite a bit of dairy to be taking in. Have you ever tried to drink a gallon of milk in an hour? Well, if you haven’t I’m sure you still know the outcome, it’s not good. Not to mention the brain freeze you’re going to get from chugging ice cold milkshakes as fast as you can. My stomach is getting queasy just thinking about it. So if you’re not lactose intolerant and want a good ice cream challenge head on down to Crown Candy Kitchen in St. Louis and give the Malt  Milkshake Challenge a run for it’s money.
