I’m not really sure why it’s called the donkey, but it probably has something to do with the fact that this thing will kick your ass! Challenge: The Donkey Challenge consists of  over 5 lbs of shredded pork, ground beef, rice, black beans, baja beans, baja salsa and sour cream all rolled into 4 flour tortillas topped with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, enchilada sauce, cheddar and jack cheese.

I know how you guys love wing challenges so I figured it was time to throw out another classic Man v. Food hot wing challenge, although in this case I may be a little late. I’m not sure if this challenge even exists anymore as the website for Quaker Steak and Lube now lists an even hotter wing sauce in their Triple Atomic Sauce which is supposedly 500,000 Scoville units where as the Atomic Sauce is only 150,000 Scoville units. I’ve also run into some conflicting reports regarding the rules of this challenge so please make sure to check with your server before you attempt this and if anyone has been there recently and knows if the challenge or rules have changed, please let us know so I can update this post.

Looking for a place to burn the taste buds right off your tongue, then Caliente in Richmond, VA is the place you want to be. On Man v. Food last night, Adam took on the challenge and successfully ate 8 of the Stupid Wings in under 30 minutes. And while it didn’t seem terribly difficult for him, another patron attempted to eat just 1 bite and couldn’t continue. Challenge: Stupid Wing challenge consists of 8 wings covered in a ridiculously hot sauce.

Time Limit: 30 minutes
Prize: T-Shirt that says “I’m Stupid”
Rules: No ranch dressing, no milk. You can only drink things like iced tea and beer (possibly soda as well, but it wasn’t mentioned).
Updated Rules: Commenter Tyler attempted the challenge the other day and was nice enough to post a rundown of the actual up to date rules: You get ONE glass to drink. You get ONE napkin. “Use it wisely,” as they say. You must keep down the food until you are paid and have left the restaurant.

Rules: Must be 18 or older, if the pizza leaves your body at any point you are disqualified, if you puke in the building or parking lot you will be charged a $50 clean-up fee, if you fail you must pay for pizza and drinks.

Looking for another massive burger challenge to satisfy your need for meat, then head on down to BGR The Burger Joint at one of the 3 locations located in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. This burger weighs in at a whopping 15 lbs when completely assembled. That’s quite a bit of meat to be putting into your mouth. The burger is supposed to feed 10-15 people so if you can complete this challenge by yourself you should be proud.

Virginia hasn’t been getting any love on the site yet so I figured it was time to add a challenge for those of you that live out there. And since wing challenges seem to be very popular, here you go, a wing challenge in Virginia. If you can handle the heat and want to step up to the Flatliner Wing Challenge then head on down to the Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub, they have 4 locations in Virginia so hopefully you’ll be able to find one in your area. While the challenge is much less than the record, at the time of finding this challenge the current record for most wings eaten was 42, can you top that?
