Cheesesteak Challenge at Tony Luke’s

cheesesteak challenge at tony lukes

Last night on Man v. Food Adam ventured to Philadelphia to try out one of the most famous foods to come out of a city, ever; the Philly Cheesesteak. I’m not sure how long Tony Luke’s has been open, but the cheesesteak challenge was brand new when Adam and company visited the restaurant earlier in the year. There is no mention of the challenge on the website (that I can find) so I hope it’s still going on and is still the same as was mentioned on the show last night. So if you love cheesesteak and are looking for a good challenge, Tony Luke’s has a 5 pound cheesesteak covered in your choice of cheese and tons of onions waiting for you.

Thanks for the comment Big E, I wasn’t aware that there was mention of a refund or even a t-shirt, neither of those were mentioned as a prize on the Man v. Food episode, just the picture on the wall. But congrats on finishing the challenge!

No, Vince. What they need to do is get you some English spelling and grammar classes. The Internet is not for people like you. Please quit.

I am actually watching the challenge on Man V Food right now and they were giving Adam and Tony 1 Hour to finish it, but yeah I did not hear them mention what type of reward would be given. I would like to know if the cheese they are using is the actual “Cheezwiz” you can buy in the supermarket or is it a special recipe? It sure looks good! :)
